Scott Klotzman

Scott is incredibly passionate about holding insurance companies accountable for their actions. When he was younger, Scott wanted a career where he could help people and make a difference, and that’s what he has discovered as Founder of the Klotzman Law Firm.

After obtaining his undergraduate degree, Scott worked at a high-profile law firm in New York City. It was during this time that he decided to go to law school. Scott attended Quinnipiac University School of Law, where he not only received his law degree but also met his amazing wife, Nancy.

Scott moved to Florida and began working for some of Florida’s largest insurance companies. After being battle-tested as an insurance defense litigator, he now exclusively assists property owners in disputes with their insurance companies. The experience gained while working for the insurance companies gives Scott a unique perspective when evaluating your case. His team jokes with him often that he is like a dog with a bone, he never gives up, no matter what, because he takes great pride in achieving unthinkable outcomes for his clients.

Owning a law firm does not give Scott much time to kick back, but he would do anything for his wife and two boys. Scott makes the time to spend with his family, whether enjoying the Florida sunshine at the beach, taking in art festivals or traveling, he wants them to have a wonderful life and be able to look back someday on the incredible experiences shared as a family. Scott’s passion is live music. He’s been following the band Phish since 1996, traveling to their concerts all over the United States, meeting so many fascinating people and seeing all that this beautiful country has to offer.
